Bee Smith
After graduating in Fashion from Winchester School of Art, Bee Smith became interested in accessory design, selling her prototypes at Spitalfields Market. She went on to train in Millinery at Kensington & Chelsea College before setting up her own studio in South West London.
Bee designs and makes hats and headpieces which capture the glamour of past eras, with just a hint of English eccentricity. She incorporates vintage fabrics and embellishment into her work to add a little extra nostalgia.
Bee’s hats are created for every occasion from Royal Ascot, through to Weddings, Christenings, Royal Investitures and Theatre. Bee Smith’s designs have received worldwide press and have been worn by many influential women, including members of the Royal family.
