We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected, and you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.. This relates to any information you provide to us pro-actively, and any information we ask for from you.

We collect and process various categories of personal information, including basic information such as name and contact details, and information relating to membership, commercial arrangements and social activities involving the Guild. We will never sell, distribute or lease personal information to third parties. We will share your information only when expressly requested by you, or you give us permission to do so, or we are required by law to do so.

Members

To manage your membership and to inform you about Guild activities, and to promote you and your practice on the BHG website and social media.

Newsletter Subscribers

When you subscribe to our newsletters, your personal data will be transferred to MailChimp and processed by MailChimp. Your details will be stored in our MailChimp account email database. The BHG will not use your information for any purpose other than sending you newsletters. We will never share your email address and promise to keep your details safe and secure. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our newsletters.

EMAil enquiries

When you send us an enquiry by email, where appropriate we might share your enquiry and contact details with all or some of our Members. In such cases we would notify you of this.

Website

Like most websites, the BHG website uses cookies to help run it effectively.
